Job Details
  • Job Title: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Chestnut Hill School, Holywell, CH8 9DX
  • Salary: £22,300 per annum (not pro rata)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-3
  • Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
  • Start: September 2025

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils diagnosed with Autism and possibly additional needs. Your role involves helping them get the best from their education, preparing learning materials, running classroom activities, and supporting their emotional and physical development.

Who We Are Looking For
  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience in an educational setting and/or working with young people with additional learning needs
