Position: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full time, Part time, Short term, Long term

Location: Liverpool

Satis Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant for our client schools in Liverpool. We are currently experiencing high demand for both Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants.

Responsibilities:

• A nurturing and positive character is essential, along with demonstrating empathy.
• Preparation of the classroom for lessons.
• Occasionally assisting with school outings or events.
• The ability to manage groups of pupils and challenging behavior.

To join Satis Education and work in our client schools as a Teaching Assistant, you will need:

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience supporting pupils across all Key Stages or relevant youth work.
• Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable, not essential).
• Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or allow Satis Education to process one).
• A CV covering your last 10 years of employment if applicable.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
