Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant Level 3

Supply Desk is searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to work up to five days a week in a school in the Aylesbury area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with young children and will be committed to providing a secure and supportive learning environment.

The school in the Aylesbury area is dedicated to elevating classroom learning standards through exceptional and comprehensive teaching. Consequently, students are anticipated to exceed typical benchmarks of development. This has established a strong reputation among parents, students, and staff, positioning the school as a prominent leader in the local community.

The Role and the Ideal Candidate:
  • 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
  • Previous experience supporting children of relevant age.
  • CACHE Level 3 desired but not essential.
  • A strong desire and passion for supporting teachers and a commitment to the welfare and development of young pupils. This includes creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued regardless of their backgrounds or learning abilities.
  • Planning educational activities that support teachers' lesson plans to stimulate children's curiosity and interest in learning through rhythm, songs, and play.
