This vibrant school in Norfolkis looking for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team and make a difference in the educational experience of our students. This role begins May 2025.

Duties as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
  • Support students with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
  • Help students with additional learning needs to achieve their potential.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during activities, breaks, and lunchtime.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom activities.
  • Help with classroom organisation, preparation of materials, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the emotional and social development of students.

Ideal Teaching Assistant:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to classroom support.
