Overview and Responsibilities

Due to our continued expansion, we’re currently looking for Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join Aurora Eccles School in Quidenham, Norwich. You will work alongside teachers and therapy teams to create an enabling environment, supporting students with communication, interaction difficulties, or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, autism, or anxieties. Small class sizes ensure a focus on individual needs, supported by a full clinical team and experienced SLT.

Key duties include establishing supportive relationships with pupils, promoting independence, contributing to educational activities, supporting the class teacher, adapting to school needs, and promoting pupils’ overall development. Skills and Qualifications:
  • GCSE Maths and English Language qualification minimum Grade 4 or equivalent.
