Job summary

Witherslack Group invites applicants to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, SEMH and related needs in Alvescot. You will help learners engage in activities, build confidence and reach small but meaningful goals within a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

  • Ideally you’ll have experience working in a classroom.
  • Your genuine passion for supporting children to learn and the impact it can have on their lives.
  • Your enthusiasm and expertise to support the teacher and work closely with our therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Support learning activities for children and young people with SEND.
  • Help pupils develop abilities and raise self-esteem through structured activities.

This beautiful site brings together education, care and therapeutic support for our small cohort of young people, providing the perfect backdrop to release their full potential.
