Witherslack Group is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils at Hinckley House School, part of a state-of-the-art SEMH environment. You’ll help children learn, grow, and gain confidence while working alongside experienced staff.
The role involves supporting young people with SEMH needs in a nurturing, well-resourced setting that prioritises wellbeing, progression, and inclusive education. A positive, resilient attitude is essential.
Please note : This salary is not pro rata'd and school holidays will be paid in full.

You’ll be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. You’ll be there to help them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem. You will need to be resilient and dedicated, but those huge small victories that you achieve will be something you’re really proud of.
