Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary schools in Hertfordshire. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and longer placements, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities include assisting with learning activities, helping to maintain a positive classroom environment, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to teachers as needed.

Primary Teaching Assistant - Hertfordshire

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a range of primary schools in the Hertfordshire area.

We have opportunities available for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and long-term placements, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• Relevant qualifications and/or previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
• A willingness to undertake ongoing training and professional development as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
