Teaching and Learning Coach

Location: Bromley with multi-site coverage

Salary: £22.05 per hour

Hours: 37 per week (Lunch breaks unpaid)

Contract: Temporary, ending 17 October 2025

You ll lead initiatives that enhance pedagogical practices, deliver tailored training, and support the integration of digital tools to improve the learner experience. Working closely with curriculum managers, you ll help set and achieve ambitious teaching standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching staff to develop outstanding teaching practices
  • Conducting learning walks, observations, and drop-ins
  • Designing and delivering bespoke CPD sessions
  • Supporting digital innovation in teaching
  • Collaborating with managers to set improvement targets

Candidate requirements:
