Novus is seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Maths or English Teacher to join the team at HMP Manchester. This permanent, full-time role offers 37 hours per week in a secure education environment.

HMP Manchester is a Category A and B men’s prison in Manchester, England. Established in 1868 and designed by Alfred Waterhouse, it is known for its iconic ventilation tower and long-standing role as a high-security facility. HMP Manchester serves as a local prison for remanded prisoners awaiting trial and sentencing, as well as those serving long-term sentences and is committed to rehabilitation, offering educational programs, vocational training, and support services aimed at reducing reoffending.
