Stamford Park Trust is delighted to be looking to appoint a committed and inspirational teacher with the proven qualities to drive improvement and change the life chances of students attending Rayner Stephens High School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality teaching and learning courses, lessons, and sequences of lessons tailored to meet students' individual needs. This includes employing a range of appropriate teaching strategies, classroom management techniques, and using information about prior attainment to set well-grounded expectations, alongside providing clear, constructive feedback.
