Job summary

The Role - Teacher of Maths

As the successful Teacher of Maths, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will support students in developing their mathematical knowledge, problem-solving skills and confidence while helping them achieve their academic potential.

You will work closely with the Maths department and wider teaching team to deliver a broad and engaging curriculum. You will monitor student progress, provide effective feedback and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of students with different abilities and learning needs.

Previous experience teaching Maths within a secondary school is desirable, along with strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics. Experience preparing students for GCSE examinations would be advantageous.
