1. To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the academy's policies under the direction of the Principal.
2. To demonstrate thorough curriculum knowledge, teach and assess effectively, take responsibility for professional development, and ensure students achieve well.
3. To be a member of the Subject Curriculum Team and contribute to high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement under the guidance of the Head of Subject.
