Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Design Technology and RE to join a secondary school in Sefton, starting after the October half-term break. This is a full-time temporary position running until Christmas, ideal for an experienced teacher or a confident ECT.

You will deliver DT and RE across the secondary age range, plan engaging lessons, support pupils with varied abilities, maintain high expectations, assess progress and work with the wider teaching team.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in Design Technology and RE.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across both subjects.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Commitment to supporting pupils' progress and achievement.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service or willing to apply.

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Design Technology and RE to join a secondary school in Sefton, starting after the October half-term break. This is a full-time temporary position running until Christmas, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking for a short-term role.The school is looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across Design Technology and Religious Education, supporting pupils to develop their knowledge, practical skills and confidence.

The Role

• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one through Tradewind Recruitment.
