About this Role

Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Teacher of Design Technology at Saint Paul’s Catholic High School, an expanding 11-16 Voluntary Academy. The role will involve teaching Design Technology lessons to cover maternity leave.

We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational teacher who can support and bring expertise to our growing and successful team of educators delivering Design Technology to our students.

Main duties of the role include:

1. Contributing to high-quality teaching and learning to ensure successful outcomes for all students.
2. Planning and preparing courses, schemes of work, and individual lessons tailored to students' needs, interests, and existing knowledge.

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about your subject, committed to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Have drive and ambition to challenge, inspire, and motivate students.
• Be dynamic, delivering innovative teaching, with a proven track record of outstanding progress in external examinations.
