About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Design & Technology who is dynamic, creative and ambitious to join our dedicated team of teachers and staff.

The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching Technology and the ability to teach a range of subjects within the department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspires and enables learners to reach their individual potential.

Job overview - You’ll be delivering core aspects of the Design & Technology curriculum, leading and implementing outstanding teaching practices to instil key knowledge within learners and using assessment and feedback to sustain and raise achievement.

The right candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status Relevant specialist qualifications and experience (e.g BSc in Design & Technology or related degree)

Ability to deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons covering a range of modules and concepts

A good understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for Design & Technology

Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to ensure all learners progress and achieve to a high standard in preparation for examinations
