East Sussex College Group in Hastings is seeking an enthusiastic Computing Lecturer to join our Ore Valley Campus. You will teach post-16 and HE learners across a range of computing subjects, blending strong subject knowledge with practical, engaging teaching.
The role offers a full-time, fixed-term contract to August 2027, a competitive FE salary (£30,000–£39,000) with benefits including annual leave and pension, and support for professional development and teaching qualifications.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Computing Lecturer to join our curriculum team at the Ore Campus. You will teach a broad range of computing subjects to post-16 & HE learners, combining strong subject knowledge with engaging, practical teaching. Depending on curriculum need, this may include areas such as programming, cyber security, networking, web development, databases and wider digital technologies. You will play an important role in developing learners' technical skills, confidence and readiness for further study or employment.
Based at our Ore Valley Campus
Annual salary: Circa £30,000 - £39,000 (Additional salary points available for QTS/QTLS teachers with vast experience.)

Hours: Full time – 37 Hours/52.14 Weeks – Fixed Term until August 2027
