Call-In Homecare Limited in Scotland is seeking a Service Manager to lead your local branch, ensure safe, compassionate care, oversee operations, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

You will travel across the Tayside area to supervise care teams, manage rotas, incidents and build strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Tayside area.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Knowledge of Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross desirable.

Responsabilidades
