Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a Dundee-area branch, overseeing daily operations, staff development and regulatory compliance. You will build strong client relationships and ensure safe, compassionate care delivery across Tayside.

The role demands proven management experience in care, strong knowledge of regulations and excellent people skills, with travel across Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross. Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Tayside area

Responsibilities

• Service leadership—managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring high‑quality care delivery
• Staff supervision—supporting, developing and mentoring care teams
