TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced tax professional for a hands-on tax role in Worthing. The role offers the chance to manage a varied client portfolio and deliver compliance-focused services in a supportive, office-based environment.

You could be at Tax Senior or Tax Manager level, CTA desirable but other routes considered. The firm values strong tax expertise and client communication, with a team that fosters mentoring and progression.

Qualifications

• Currently at Tax Senior or Tax Manager level.
• CTA desirable, but ATT/ ACA/ ACCA will also be considered.
• Strong prior tax experience valued over formal qualifications.
• Confident managing your own portfolio and communicating directly with clients.
• Team-focused approach and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of personal and business tax clients.
• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns.
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns.
• Handling capital gains tax and inheritance tax compliance matters.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to queries and providing practical advice.
• Liaising with HMRC where required.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
