Job summary

ProTalent Limited in Worthing is recruiting a Tax Manager within the Private Client Services team. You will manage your own portfolio, handle tax compliance including annual returns, and provide tax advice to clients.

You will support colleagues during busy periods and prepare technical analyses with specialists when needed, ensuring client administration and risk procedures are followed. Opportunities to work on corporate tax matters exist.

Qualifications

• CTA qualified, or ATT/ACCA/ACA with tax experience.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Confident speaking with clients face to face or on the phone.
• Professional competence.

Responsibilities

• Manage own portfolio of private clients and handle tax compliance for the portfolio.
• Prepare annual tax returns and provide tax advice to clients.
• Support colleagues in the team during busy periods.
• Prepare technical analyses and involve specialists to prepare or review tax advice.
• Coordinate with client administrators to ensure client administration and risk procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with local solicitors to assist with client tax matters.
