Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an experienced Tax Manager (indirect & corporate tax) to join the Tax & Treasury team. The role covers VAT and corporate tax across UK operations and corporate entities, with emphasis on compliance, risk management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Tax & Treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across both indirect and direct taxes. You will be responsible for providing indirect tax, transaction and project support across our UK operations as well as corporate tax compliance and reporting on a number of trading and corporate entities (with developmental support as required). The UK tax department (team of 8) is responsible for all taxes impacting the domestic commercial operations as well as many corporate companies with inbound and outbound tax issues. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders across finance and operations, providing the opportunity to influence business decisions, support strategic projects, and help shape best practice in tax compliance and risk management.
