We are currently expanding across our specialist tax teams and seeking to recruit the right individuals to support our clients. Specifically, we are looking to hire a Tax Disputes and Resolutions Director into our national team to work with businesses, individuals, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in resolving issues related to tax disputes and enquiries. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with in-depth knowledge and experience to achieve successful outcomes in our clients' interactions with HMRC.

This role involves:

1. Leading in the national team and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
2. Delivering high-quality Tax Dispute Resolution services to clients in collaboration with colleagues and other service lines.
3. Working closely with colleagues to deliver solutions to clients while adhering to Forvis Mazars' quality standards.
4. Engaging with partners in external business development activities and internal networking.
5. Mentoring junior staff and actively participating in their development.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience operating at a senior manager level or above.
2. Familiarity with liaising with HMRC and excellent communication skills.
3. Experience managing client relationships and leading a busy team.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to network both externally and internally.
