We are expanding our specialist tax teams and are looking to recruit a Tax Disputes and Resolutions Director to work with businesses, individuals, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to resolve tax disputes and enquiries. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with experience to achieve positive outcomes in client interactions with HMRC.

This role involves:

• Leading in the national team and developing client relationships, acting as the primary contact.
• Providing high-quality Tax Dispute Resolution services in collaboration with colleagues and other service lines.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Engaging in external business development and internal networking activities.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience at a senior manager level or above.
• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with HMRC.
• Strong client handling and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to network internally and externally.
