We are expanding our specialist tax teams and are looking to recruit a Tax Disputes and Resolutions Director into our national team. This role involves working with businesses, individuals, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to resolve tax disputes and inquiries. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with experience to achieve successful outcomes in client interactions with HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the national team and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Delivering high-quality Tax Dispute Resolution services in collaboration with colleagues and other service lines.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver solutions while adhering to quality standards.
• Engaging in external business development and internal networking activities.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Experience at a senior manager level or above.
• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with HMRC.
• Proven client handling and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to network internally and externally.
