You will collaborate with the Global Tax Operations team and act as the primary contact for tax inquiries, ensuring proactive resolution within standards. The role includes managing client relationships, contributing to service reviews, analysing root causes of recurring issues, and guiding on tax documentation and regulatory reporting, working

• In-depth operational tax experience within financial services.
• Ability to analyse recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Experience communicating with clients and solving problems under deadlines.

• Serve as the point of contact for tax enquiries to support our client's tax servicing needs.
• Take proactive responsibility for the resolution of client enquiries within published standards.
• Manage client relationships proactively.
• Contribute to tax components of service reviews and client meetings.
• Analyse root causes of recurring issues and support service enhancements.
• Provide guidance on tax documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with Sub Custodian network and Network Management Group.
• Identify and escalate tax risks as needed.
• Assist in client tax account reviews and ad-hoc projects across Tax Operations.
