JP Morgan Chase is recruiting for a Vice President in UK Corporation Tax Oversight & Governance within Fund Accounting. You will provide expert governance across tax-related processes, support complex classifications, and engage with clients and advisers to shape the operating model and strategic change initiatives.

You will collaborate with product, technology, and risk teams to ensure robust tax reporting and compliance.

Formación

• Extensive experience in UK Corporation Tax and fund taxation.
• Experience with tax operations, fund accounting or financial reporting environments.
• Strong governance, risk management and control awareness.
• Experience engaging with institutional clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for UK Corporation Tax-related operational matters.
• Escalate complex tax classifications and operating model changes.
• Lead governance activities across the UK Corporation Tax operating model.
