The role involves designing the Target Operating Model and implementing it in coordination with the client. Ideal candidates will have experience in Retail Financial Services, preferably from a Big 4 consultancy, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. About the Company

Our client is looking for an Organisation-wide Target Operating Model Design Consultant, to work with them, translating the Organisational Design through to an Operational Target Operating Model.

About the Role

Your background will likely be in one of the Big 4 consultancies – and with Retail Financial Services experience. They have already created their Org Design – so now need a consultant to design the TOM and then work with them to implement it.

Your Experience

• Ex Big Four Consultancy Financial Services
• Strong communication and amazing stakeholder management skills.
