You will prepare tandoori dishes, naan breads, kebabs and grilled meats, maintain consistent flavour and portions, manage heat control and timing during peak service, and contribute to menu quality. Salary £33,000-£39,000 per year plus weekend bonuses.

Qualifications

• Commercial-kitchen experience in traditional Indian and Nepalese tandoor cooking.
• Ability to prepare and cook tandoori dishes, naan breads, kebabs and grilled meats.
• Understand heat control, timing and preparation required for tandoor cooking.
• Able to work effectively during busy restaurant service.
