Job description

Prepare and cook Gatley Tandoori’s range of authentic Bangladeshi and Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, tandoori specialities, rice dishes and grilled items. Prepare ingredients, marinades and sauces according to the restaurant’s recipes and menu standards. Maintain consistent flavour, quality, portion sizes and presentation across all dishes. Monitor ingredient stocks and inform management when supplies require replenishment. Support menu development and introduction of new Bangladeshi and Indian dishes. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen while complying with food safety, allergen and health and safety requirements.
