Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Talent Transformation Consultant to help organisations reinvent talent through skills-based strategies, learning ecosystems, and strategic workforce planning. You will work in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement impactful talent transformations.

Experience leading talent transformation initiatives

Familiarity with learning technologies (LXP/LMS)

Challenge clients to adopt a skills-based organisation and improve internal mobility
Understand the impact of digital and AI on the workforce and define new skills
Develop Talent Strategy by mapping current skills to needed ones
Future-proof workforce planning to align with business goals
Deliver talent, learning and reskilling projects for clients
Support large-scale technology transformation with skilling experiences
Create market-relevant Talent & Skilling viewpoints and offerings
Advise on appropriate tooling (LXP, LMS) for talent engagements
