Accenture is seeking a Talent Transformation Consultant to join the London, Manchester and Edinburgh teams. This role focuses on transforming talent strategies, reskilling programs, and leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies within a global network.

You will partner with clients to build skill-based organisations, map workforce capabilities, and drive strategic execution through innovative learning solutions across sectors, including public services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering talent, learning or workforce transformation.
• Desirable experience in Health and/or Public Sector clients.
• Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC).
