Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Talent Transformation Consultant to lead strategic talent shifts across large-scale organisations in London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will partner with clients to design and implement learning, reskilling, and workforce strategies that align with business goals.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge LXP/LMS technologies, cross-functional teams, and a clear path to senior management, with a focus on driving speed, agility and sustainable capability

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients; preferably in clearance-required environments
• Familiarity with public sector governance and assurance expectations, including delivery in regulated environments
• Existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC)

Aufgaben

• Challenge clients to re-think workforce and transition to skills-based organisation models
• Assess current talent capabilities and design strategies for learning and reskilling
• Advise on use of learning technologies (LXP, LMS) and capability-building initiatives
• Support strategic workforce planning to align talent with business goals
• Collaborate with clients to embed governance, risk, and assurance in talent transformations
• Contribute to market leadership through thought leadership and market eminence related to Talent & Skilling
