Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage and attract top talent across CBRE's diverse business lines in London and the broader UK region.

You will build talent pipelines, partner with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, while promoting CBRE's employer brand and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social networks and candidate attraction strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Passion for diversity, inclusion and delivering a great candidate experience.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, you'll build talent pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and help secure the best talent for both current and future hiring needs.
