Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage and attract top talent across CBRE's diverse business lines in London and the broader UK region.

You will build talent pipelines, partner with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, while promoting CBRE's employer brand and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social networks and candidate attraction strategies.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Passion for diversity, inclusion and delivering a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking activities.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demand.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and attraction strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
• Manage candidate communications, feedback, offer support and recruitment administration.
• Support CBRE's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives while promoting our employer brand.
