Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator to work at a leading production site in Market Drayton. The role offers £13.50 per hour, with 40 hours per week across any 5 days out of 7 and on-site support from Staffline.

You will handle recruitment support, shift bookings, and workforce enquiries while maintaining strong relationships with on-site management. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Strong administration and IT skills desirable.

• Completing staff check-ins, PPE checks, factory walks
• Administrative duties
