Envirogen is seeking a proactive Temporary Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3 month FTC. The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across key functions and geographies.

Ideal candidate has strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, proven sourcing experience, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and contribute to employer branding efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist and professional roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct initial candidate outreach
• Develop talent maps and market intelligence to support hiring strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to understand future talent requirements
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where required
