The Launch Group is expanding its recruitment team to support bespoke programmes for clients across the UK. You will manage candidates from referral sources, screen suitability for employment programmes, and help run job fairs and awareness sessions.

You will update job boards, social media, and internal systems, follow recruitment processes, assist with interviews, and keep learner records accurate and up to date. A DBS check is required. Hours are 37.5 per week.

Competenze

• Accuracy, care and a can-do approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A good level of functional skills, Maths English and IT.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.

• Manage candidates from a variety of referral sources.
• Contact potential candidates and vet suitability for employment programmes.
• Attend employment and training events such as Job Fairs and Job Centre sessions.
• Update advertising platforms with opportunities including Job Boards, company website and social media.
