Job summary

Tiro Associates Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Scout to identify passive candidates through networking and sophisticated Internet searches. You will be trained to go beyond LinkedIn and job boards, sourcing via blogs, niche networks, associations and more.

This role is an entry point to becoming a Head Hunter. The company offers on-the-job and external training, with support to attain a REC level 3 recruitment qualification, all within a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or graduate calibre (A level or higher).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Personable, proactive and keen to learn.
• Proficient with PC software: Word, Excel, Email and internet apps.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through networking and advanced Boolean/x-ray searches.
• Utilise blogs, niche networks, directories and groups to find candidates.
• Participate in training and development activities to achieve REC level 3 qualification.
• Collaborate with team to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Executive search consultancy Tiro Associates Ltd has a new opportunity to join our team. As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to sourcing passive candidates through networking as well as complex Internet searches. We'll want you to go beyond the basics of sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and source candidates through channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, complex Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more!

The role of Talent Scout is the first rung on the ladder to becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is dedicated to staff' continued development and training, the successful candidate will receive both \"on the job\" and external training, and will be supported to achieve a professional recruitment qualification. Tiro is a corporate member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, all our team are qualified to REC level 3 in recruitment practice

What we need from you:

• Degree qualified (or of \"graduate calibre\" - educated to at least A Level standard)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Personable (we are a nice bunch, you need to fit in!) proactive, motivated and keen to learn
• Proficient in PC software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Detail-Oriented
