Job summary

Guidant Global powered by Vertage is seeking a Talent Resourcing Partner to support a major client programme across the UK. The role offers hybrid working with regular travel to client locations and 37.5 hours per week on a team rota.

You will manage high-volume recruitment, build client relationships, and visit sites in the Southwest to understand workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, experience in fast-paced environments, and a willingness to travel with expenses

Qualifications

Strong communication and commercial mindset.
Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environments.
Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to onsite meetings (expenses paid).
Comfortable presenting to clients and candidates over the phone or in person.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Conduct regular onsite client visits in the Southwest area (likely ~25% of role).
Maintain regular contact with candidates and contingent workforce; update availability.
Monitor fulfilment activity, pipelines and workforce availability.
Work with suppliers to ensure service levels are met.
Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
Follow team rota: 37.5 hours (8-5 and 9-6).
