Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our client’s well-established organisation with a diverse workforce across specialist departments. You will own end-to-end recruitment and shape the candidate experience.

Based in Windsor, the role offers exposure to UK employment legislation, recruitment campaigns, ATS management, stakeholder engagement, and salary benchmarking. A hands-on recruiter capable of managing multiple priorities is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation including Right to Work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and changing priorities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and UK employment legislation.
• Write engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
• Manage advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media.
• Proactively source candidates using various channels.
• Screen applications, coordinate shortlists and arrange interviews.
• Support hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes.
• Conduct interviews where required.
• Manage offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and optimise the ATS.
• Produce recruitment reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Review salary benchmarking for roles.
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiate terms.
• Support onboarding and complete pre-employment checks.
• Supervise Recruitment Administrators
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and systems.

Job Title: Talent Resourcer

Location: Windsor

Salary: Circa 40,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation
• Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
• Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels
• Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews
• Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes
• Conducting interviews where required
• Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout
• Maintaining and optimising the ATS
• Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data
• Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions
• Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed
• Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate attraction

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, including Right to Work requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence managing workload and changing priorities
• Experience sourcing candidates through various resourcing methods
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
