Job summary

Huntress is seeking an experienced Talent Resourcer to join our well-established client in Windsor. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, advising managers, writing engaging adverts, and shaping a first-class candidate experience.

The role involves sourcing candidates across channels, coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding, and reporting, with emphasis on UK employment legislation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation (Right to Work).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation.
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation.
• Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns.
• Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media.
• Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels.
• Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews.
• Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes.
• Conducting interviews where required.
• Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintaining and optimising the ATS.
• Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions.
• Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate.
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
• Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate attraction.
