Job summary

Boots is seeking a Business Architect - Talent to partner with the HR team in Nottingham. You will shape talent, performance and succession processes, balancing big-picture strategy with detailed process design to improve the employee experience.

You will engage with SMEs and the Talent Workstream Lead to secure requirements, influence design decisions and ensure standardisation across the organisation. A focus on collaboration and change with a strong UX perspective is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Talent, Performance and Succession processes.
• Ability to move between big picture and small detail.
• Detail orientated with a user experience lens.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Critical thinker focused on process improvement.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience of BPMN or process mapping desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Workstream Lead and SMEs to ensure workstream and module processes meet business requirements.
• Work with the Lead Business Architect to align end-to-end processes with ToM and assess impacts on People Function Taxonomy.
• Support the Workstream Lead with design decisions ensuring integrity within the design.
• Participate in design workshops to identify needs, mitigate impacts, and drive process efficiencies.
• Document future state processes and contribute to design configuration workbooks for SOPs.
