Boots UK in Nottingham, Beeston, is seeking a Business Architect to support the People Transformation programme within HR transformations. You will help design future-state HR processes, align with business objectives, and enable the People Function to work more effectively.
The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, stakeholder engagement, and a drive to improve ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
Contract: 12 months FTC
