Job summary

Quantexa is seeking a skilled recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region GTM roles including Enterprise Sales and Field Engineering. You will manage a high-velocity, multi-time-zone portfolio, delivering a consultative experience to candidates and hiring managers.

Leverage AI tools to streamline outreach, market mapping, interview synthesis and pipeline reporting, while designing Ashby automations to cut cycle times and improve conversion metrics.

The Opportunity

Our Go-To-Market organization is executing an ambitious global growth plan across key commercial regions and strategic disciplines. This 12-month Fixed-Term Contract to own critical hiring demand and elevate our operational recruiting framework.

In this role, you will partner closely with global leaders across Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliances, CEGA (Channel, Ecosystem & Global Alliances), Hyperscaler Partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Field Engineering. Reporting directly into the Senior Talent Partner for GTM and working within an agile talent team of 6, you will own a multi-region portfolio of complex requisitions while designing automated, repeatable workflows that leave a lasting impact on our talent function.

What You’ll Do

You will own end-to-end recruitment for diverse, multi-region go-to-market disciplines across the organization. This covers Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA and Field Engineering. You will balance managing 8-10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones (EMEA, Americas, APAC) with high velocity, rigorous data hygiene, and exceptional candidate care.

You will champion an AI-native approach to talent acquisition, integrating AI-augmented tooling across candidate research, market mapping, personalized outreach, interview synthesis, and pipeline reporting to maximize recruitment efficiency. A central part of this mandate is designing and implementing structured automations in Ashby - building trigger-based candidate communications, feedback collection workflows, nurture cadences, and stage gates to systematically eliminate manual recruiting bottlenecks while using data-driven pipeline analytics to optimize conversion metrics and cut cycle times.

You will act as a credible, consultative talent advisor to global GTM leadership. This includes leading structured kick-off sessions, building rigorous competency scorecards, calibrating talent profiles quickly, and conducting weekly pipeline reviews and reporting. Beyond hiring managers, you will forge a tight collaborative rhythm with our dedicated GTM People Partners, while building strong rapport and seamless alignment with the wider People team and Finance around headcount planning, offer approvals, and onboarding.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record in full-lifecycle recruitment within fast-paced B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting across complex sales and technical go-to-market disciplines (e.g., Enterprise AEs, Field Engineers, Alliances/Channel Leads, Hyperscaler Partnerships).
• Experience of hiring first in country GTM hires or within emerging regions would be desirable but not essential.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and practical experience using modern AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to streamline recruiting workflows and draft tailored candidate engagement.
• Proven ability to balance a high-volume, multi-disciplinary portfolio across global time zones (EMEA, Americas, APAC) while managing diverse hiring manager personalities and expectations.
• Proficient in direct talent identification and engagement strategies to build healthy passive pipelines.
• Experience of managing complex compensation packages and a good understanding of salaries and benefits packages across multiple regions
