Job summary

Talentful in London is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to partner with a single client at a time, embedding in their culture and delivering end-to-end hiring across the tech landscape.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of effective talent practices, host hiring events, and maintain an excellent candidate experience while working with global teams. Flexible hybrid or remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for one client at a time, embedding in their culture socially and professionally.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of talent practice.
• Host hiring events and manage end-to-end recruitment projects.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through all stages, including offering and closing.
• Collaborate with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top-tier technical talent.
