We’re looking for a highly skilled Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the rapid growth of our Data Center Operations organization across EMEA. This role will play a critical part in scaling both frontline technical roles (such as Data Center Technicians) and corporate and leadership positions that enable the operational excellence of our sites.
You’ll partner closely with regional HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs, deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure timely high‑quality hiring across multiple geographies.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
