inforcer is seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our rapidly growing team in Richmond. You will own end-to-end recruitment, engage senior stakeholders, and scale our business across Series-C and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment.
• Proven experience hiring top performing talent.
• Previous experience hiring globally.
• Experience being the founding Recruiter or experience in a fast growing start up would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and overachieve objectives and hiring targets.
• Mixture of agency, RPO, and internal background would be beneficial.
• Experience in utilising AI recruitment tools, Co-pilot/ Claude would be valuable.
• Previous experience in a start up/scaleup, SaaS, MSP or Cybersecurity business will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, relationship building and problem‑solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self‑accountability.
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.
• Data‑driven approach, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: translate business needs into job specs and adverts, engage top talent, run assessments, and negotiate offers.
• Candidate Experience & Culture: champion company values and ensure a positive interview process for all candidates.
• Process, Data & Continuous Improvement: leverage AI to build scalable talent processes and maintain fair assessment documentation.
• Stakeholder Enablement & Market Insight: run workshops, build relationships with stakeholders, and stay ahead of industry trends.
