Job summary

Inforcer Ltd. in Richmond is seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for a rapidly growing tech organisation, collaborating with senior leaders to attract exceptional talent as we scale through Series-C and beyond.

You will drive candidate assessments, employer branding, and data-driven hiring, using AI tools to build scalable, efficient processes while maintaining our culture and values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency.
• Proven experience hiring top performing talent.
• Experience hiring globally.
• Experience as founding recruiter or in fast-growing start up would be highly advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to meet and overachieve objectives and hiring targets
• Mixture of agency, RPO, and internal background would be beneficial
• Experience in utilising AI recruitment tools, Co-pilot/ Claude would be valuable
• Previous experience in a start up/scaleup, SaaS, MSP or Cybersecurity business will be highly advantageous
• Strong analytical, relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, able to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and effectively
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment – translate business needs into actionable job specs and adverts, engage top talent, run assessments, and negotiate offers
• Find industry leading talent using networks and platforms, attend events, build lasting connections
• Support growth and hire planning with stakeholders to manage future pipeline
• Manage changing demand in a hyper-growth environment with autonomy and prioritization
• Drive our values and champion culture through detailed assessments and inclusive processes
• Lead employer branding and EVP initiatives across the business
• Leverage AI and automation to build scalable talent processes and data reporting
