Job summary

Ascendo in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Talent/Sales Recruiter to identify and engage top software and AI talent. You’ll partner with founders and GTM leaders to create compelling opportunities and build lasting relationships.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of elite tech talent markets, negotiate offers, and own parts of the candidate journey while contributing to a fast-growing, tech-enabled go-to-market search firm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent or Sales Recruiting.
• Curiosity about the Software and AI landscape.
• Natural instinct for building champions and long-term relationships.
• Drive to learn, grow, and deliver consistently.
• Strong organisational skills and comfort with recruiting tools.
